The New Virtual School

Increasing cooperation and productivity in teaching


The New Virtual School is an accompanying and supporting instructional, technological, and motivational model for teachers, students, school directors, and parents.

The New Virtual School provides the strategies and tools that facilitate the learning-teaching process to reach the success that eases the decision making process based on data.

It is developed around the 4 steps of the educational cycle:

  2. My Dynamic Class
  3. My Tasks

What to teach, to whom and when?

In the Planning section the teacher finds everything s/he needs to prepare and organize his/her classes. It is here where s/he creates groups, diagnostic tests to identify the level of proficiency of his/her students in the subjects, and creates and assigns guides of didactic sequence aligned to the particular needs of his/her students.




  • It offers tools that reduce in a significant way, the time the teacher devotes to plan and organize his/her classes.
  • The teacher creates his/her plans by day or by week, itemizing what competences s/he will work on by day, with which material, activities, and tasks integrating contents available in the platform as well as his/her own contents.
  • S/he will be able to download and print plans, and share them with other teachers.
  • The teacher will be able to create groups and diagnostic tests using his/her own exercises or the exercises available in the platform to work in a personalized way with his/her students making decisions based on data in a constant and fast way.
  • The teacher will be able to create diagnostic tests and obtain the results immediately itemized by exercises and by indicators or skills.
  • It is easy for the teacher to create and to send his/her students didactic sequences with the contents they will work on.

My Dynamic Class


Promotes differentiated instruction

My Dynamic Class is the second step of the educational cycle and it is where the teacher has access to different tools that allow him/her catch the attention of his/her students , motivate them, and teach the necessary material in a different and fun way. It is here where the teaching process happens.


In the tools of My Dynamic Class, the teacher finds the study material, activities, and practice exercises. It also provides him/her with the possibility of motivate and reward his/her students creating academic competitions to practice in a permanent way for the standardized tests.




  • Access to contents organized by subjects and grades aligned to a competition.
  • Supporting content developed under the constructivist model of the 5E that leads the teaching and learning process through the stages of Engagement, Exploration, Explanation, Elaboration, and Evaluation. In the same way, contents developed under other models and the teacher’s own contents can be incorporated.
  • Access to sections of additional resources for the teacher to be used with his/her students, organized by subjects and by grades.
  • Availability of didactic resources that Foster the curricular integration; for example, between English and Sciences, STEAM labs, and robotics, among others.
  • The teacher can use the contents and resources available in the platform, and in the same way, s/he can incorporate his/her own contents and share them with other teachers.
  • All contents from the platform can be downloaded.

My Tasks


Keep the intellect active

My Tasks is the third step of the educational cycle of the New Virtual school. It is here where, after teaching, the teacher measures the proficiency of the students.


With this tool, the teacher can complement his/her class by sending tasks, homework, projects or assignments so that the students can develop them and continue preparing themselves outside the classroom. Here the teacher finds activities and thousands of exercises by subject to use with his/her students. S/ he can also send additional study content to the group or to the student who needs it.




  • Access to tools to create his/her own exercises and assign them to the students.
  • The teacher can also select exercises from the platform to assign them to the students.
  • The activities can be downloaded from the platform to be done “offline”.
  • The teacher can share the activities with other teachers and use the ones other teachers have shared.
  • The teacher receives the tabulation at the moment the tasks are assigned. S/he can see the results by exercises, indicators, group, and student
  • The teacher can download the assignments before and after the student completes them. In the version completed by the student, the teacher can see each exercise, whether the exercise was right or wrong, the answer s/he chose, and the correct answer for each exercise



Measure the academic results

This is the fourth step of the educational cycle. Everything the students do in the platform is registered in the Analytic of the New Virtual School. After teaching and measuring learning, it is time to evaluate the results to determine the effort of the students and his/her proficiency in the subject.

Here are the tools to evaluate students and to access to all the results through statistics. The reports and statistics are shown according to the role of the user.




  • Section where users access to reports of academic performance and use of the platform.
  • Results are itemized between what the teacher assigns and what the student accesses to independently.
  • Results can be seen by area of content, by peaks of use, by number of exercises answered by subject, by time devoted to each subject, and by competitions or academic indicators.
  • The teacher can view the reports by group of students and by students.
  • Reports can be exported to Excel.
  • It allows the immediate tabulation of results in real time.
  • The teacher can add grades manually.
  • The student and his/her parents have access to grades and reports from the analytic to have an x ray of his/her proficiency in each subject.
  • The statistics from performance and the reports from the results of the tasks and work assigned through the platform can be accessed from different modules for the benefit of all users , particularly of the teacher and of the students.
