Ricoh Summit 2026: Latin America connects in Santiago, Chile, to experience the intelligent workplaces of the future
Weston, April 23, 2026. — Since April 20, Ricoh LATAM has brought together more than 500 business leaders in Santiago for Ricoh Summit 2026, the company’s annual event where leaders, technology experts, renowned brands, services, software, and printing and technology solutions converge to redefine workplaces across the region.
In this new edition, the Summit welcomed clients, business partners, employees, and experts. It also marked the official launch of Ricoh LATAM’s new brand promise: creating intelligent workplaces that transform business. This evolution reflects how the company is moving toward the future of work by integrating not only its portfolio, but also spaces, people, processes, and technology into one ecosystem.
“Today, organizations do not need more isolated tools, but environments where technology, processes, and people work as an intelligent system. Ricoh Summit 2026 is the space where we share that vision through real and actionable experiences and use cases for our customers in Latin America,” said Diego Imperio, President and CEO of Ricoh LATAM.
Throughout the event, attendees experienced firsthand what an intelligent workplace means and gained access to products and technology solutions from leading industry brands participating as sponsors, while also seeing Ricoh’s latest launches across its portfolio lines:

The agenda also combined strategic sessions and co-creation spaces with Ricoh and the event sponsors, built around four critical pillars for business competitiveness in the region:
- Technology Experience: The importance of having technology that enables productivity, along with a connected ecosystem that allows scalability and openness to new technologies.
- Intelligent Automation, which begins with printing and document digitization and focuses on eliminating operational friction and accelerating data-driven decision-making.
- Resilient Cybersecurity, designed to protect hybrid infrastructures in a context of increasingly sophisticated threats.
- Managed Services, as enablers of efficiency and operational continuity, allowing businesses to focus on strategy and innovation.
Why Chile?
Ricoh Summit 2026 established itself as a high-level gathering for C- and D-level executives in Latin America: CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT directors, digital transformation leaders, finance and HR executives, and operations leaders from sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, logistics, education, and healthcare, among others. This reflects the event’s purpose of aligning technology decisions with business strategy and workplace experience.
Chile was chosen as the host country because of its growing role as a hub for digital and financial services in the region, where modernization projects in banking, education, and logistics supported by Ricoh and its technology partners converge.
With this edition, the company reinforced a clear message for the region: the future of work does not depend solely on adopting new technologies, but on integrating them strategically with people. The combination of senior executives, international experts, leading brands, and live experiences positioned the Summit as one of the most important events of the year for those shaping the future of work in Latin America.
