With the goal of strengthening relationships with its ecosystem of partners, clients, and advisors, the company inaugurated in 2024 its new flagship center for relationships and innovation in the financial heart of São Paulo. This space was designed as a hub to foster experiences, events, and knowledge creation within the financial market.

The project included three floors designed to position the company as a technological benchmark in the financial sector, integrating high-impact audiovisual solutions to deliver immersive experiences and strengthen brand positioning.

RICOH Solution

To address this challenge, Ricoh implemented a state-of-the-art technological infrastructure that transformed the space into a dynamic, versatile environment ready for multiple interaction formats.

The solution included:

  • High-resolution digital signage integrated into a curved glass structure, forming the largest glass LED installation in Brazil.
  • Professional sound systems to ensure high-quality audio for events, presentations, and content production.
  • Automation controllers enabling centralized management of the different audiovisual systems within the space.
  • Professional displays that enhance the visual experience across various areas of the center.

Thanks to this technological integration, the space can easily adapt to talks, presentations, broadcasts, and strategic meetings within the financial market.

Results

The implementation enabled the creation of a highly efficient work environment, ready to support the organization’s growth and enable new ways of collaborating.
