Help everybody learn faster with the economical RICOH MP C3504SP TE for Education Color Laser Multifunction Printer (MFP). Print color output at up to 35 pages per minute (ppm) with fewer delays, and store up to 3,000 files on the integrated document server. Or scan two-sided hardcopy documents at 180 images per minute (ipm) from the Single Pass Document Feeder (SPDF).

Designed with our intuitive Smart Operation Panel, the MP C3504SP TE multifunction device lets students and faculty access files from the server, cloud or personal mobile device and send them anywhere in moments with a wide range of convenient scan-to capabilities. The 10.1" Smart Operation Panel offers straightforward, intuitive navigation using the same pinch-and-flick, drag-and-drop and swipe-scrolling actions as your smartphone and tablet.

Scan-to-cloud features for anytime, anywhere access

Use optional cloud applications to expand learning beyond the classroom. Users can take any hardcopy document — including handwritten notes, forms, presentations, inserts and more — and scan them at the MFP to their choice of web applications. The documents can even be uploaded to your Blackboard^® Learn* or other learning management systems (LMSs), so teachers and educators can share and update information continually.

Printer security features help protect what's important

A single delay can cause last-minute havoc for dozens of users, so the paper trays store up to 2,200 sheets, reducing paper reloads and interruptions. Take advantage of built-in locks on the trays to prevent paper theft. The bypass tray is sealed so people can't use incompatible paper stocks that cause paper jams. Use integrated brackets for your ID card reader so people can't remove the reader or tamper with exposed wires to gain unapproved access.

OCR Unit Type M13

This function embeds invisible text on scanned images of PDF and enables users to search PDF files by arbitrary keywords. Searchable PDF files can be sent to email, folders, and external media (USB/SD Card).

IEEE 802.11a/g/n Interface Unit Type M19

This option allows you to connect the device to an IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless LAN.
