Take control with our new 17" Smart Operation Panel
For veteran and new operators alike, the Android-based 17" Smart Operation Panel provides an intuitive, tablet-like interface to control your system. Access the Paper Library, establish job settings, and easily create shortcut icons for frequently produced jobs to shorten turnaround times. The Smart Operation Panel can also be accessed remotely with a smart device to monitor and manage the system.
Quickly capture and share vital documents
MFP models provide a robust 200-sheet, single-pass Automatic Document Feeder that scans at up to 110 ipm (Simplex) and 220 ipm (Duplex). A wide range of Scan-to features give you the flexibility to quickly and efficiently distribute documents throughout your organization or directly to customers, including Scan-to Email/Folder/SMB/URL/FTP, Scan-to USB/SD and Scan-to PDF/A. Optional OCR available.
Ample speed and capacity for even the longest runs
All models come standard with a 3,300 sheet paper capacity and can be configured to a maximum capacity of 12,600 sheets, with up to nine media pick points. Choose from 111 ppm or 136 ppm output speeds. Active tray indicators and on-the-fly paper and toner replacement make it easy for operators to refill or change media in idle trays while the system is running, or replace an empty toner bottle.

Achieve support for coated and uncoated stocks ranging from 40 up to 350 gsm, including carbonless paper, with the available Vacuum Feed LCIT. Easily shift from printing a financial prospectus on one job to a highgloss greeting card on the next. MICR models offer durable check-printing technology. No matter what your needs may be, these systems tackle more work.
Oversized printing gives you an even bigger opportunity
With high demand for oversized items like pocket folders, full-sized trifold brochures, posters, maps and more, printing these items fast and affordably means more business for you. The RICOH Pro 8300 Series lets you print on coated sheets up to 13" x 27.5" using the available Vacuum Feed LCIT to service more of these high-value customer needs.

Ricoh's proven VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser) technology emits 40 laser beams simultaneously using 1200 × 4800 dpi. These include DataOverwriteSecurity System (DOSS), which automatically overwrites the area of the hard drive used for image processing after the completion of each job. Hard Drive Data Encryption encodes data stored on the hard disk drive, address book and more so files are safeguarded even after hard drive removal.
