In Brazil, the company offers products such as life insurance, personal accident insurance, and dental plans, along with financial protection solutions integrated with digital services and corporate benefits. Its mission is to help individuals and organizations protect their financial well-being and that of their families, providing security against unexpected events and supporting different stages of life.
As part of a comprehensive renovation of one of its facilities in Brazil, the company identified a strategic opportunity to modernize its corporate auditorium. The goal was to transform this space into a more modern, efficient, and functional environment, capable of supporting new dynamics in communication, collaboration, and internal events.
Business Challenge
The main challenge was to significantly improve the user experience when using the auditorium, turning it into a technology-enabled space that supports both in-person presentations and remote collaboration.
To achieve this, it was necessary to incorporate tools that offered ease of use, high-quality audiovisual performance, and efficient system management. The project also needed to ensure a consistent experience aligned with the technological standards already present in other rooms across the organization, facilitating user adoption and optimizing the use of the auditorium for various corporate activities.
Ricoh Solution
To address these challenges, Ricoh designed and implemented a comprehensive audiovisual technology solution aligned with best practices for corporate collaboration environments.
The project included the installation of a large-format digital signage system, delivering high-quality visuals ideal for presentations, events, and hybrid meetings. In addition, the company’s standard videoconferencing platform was integrated, ensuring a seamless experience for both in-person and remote meetings.
The solution also incorporated a professional audio system to ensure clear communication, along with a control and automation platform that simplifies auditorium operation and enables centralized management of all systems within the space. Additionally, a video distribution matrix was implemented to optimize content management and transmission throughout the auditorium.
Leveraging Ricoh’s expertise and consultative approach in Workplace Experience and collaboration spaces, it was possible to create an intuitive, reliable technological environment designed to meet today’s corporate communication needs.
