We worked with a global mobility leader that offers private transportation, food delivery, and shipping services through a mobile application. The company is known for consistently driving innovation and transforming urban mobility.
With the sustained growth of its operations and the gradual return to in-person activities, the company identified the need to expand its workspaces to support the evolution of its organizational culture.
This scenario led to the opening of a new location designed to meet the high technological and user experience standards that define the company at a global level.
Business Challenge
The main challenge was to design a modern, efficient, and highly integrated work environment capable of delivering a consistent and reliable technological experience for employees.
In addition to ensuring functional collaboration spaces, the project needed to meet strict energy efficiency and sustainability goals, optimizing resource consumption and exceeding indoor air and water quality standards.
Another key aspect was achieving full integration with building systems, including security, access control, CCTV, and fire protection systems, ensuring coordinated and reliable operation across the entire infrastructure.
Finally, the goal was to create acoustically comfortable environments that support both collaboration and focus, reducing noise intrusion, optimizing reverberation times, and ensuring conversation privacy.
RICOH Solution
To address these challenges, a robust and highly standardized technological infrastructure was designed and implemented, aligned with the company’s global guidelines.
The solution included the deployment of an advanced connectivity platform and backup power systems to ensure business continuity. On this foundation, a comprehensive network and collaboration infrastructure was implemented, along with state-of-the-art audiovisual solutions to enhance communication and teamwork.
The project included the enablement of more than 300 meeting rooms, as well as event spaces and training areas, all equipped with audio and video technologies that deliver a simple, intuitive, and high-quality collaboration experience.
To ensure deployment consistency and maintain global standards, detailed documentation and verification processes were also developed, guaranteeing the quality and uniformity of each installation.
Results
The implementation enabled the creation of a highly efficient work environment, ready to support the organization’s growth and enable new ways of collaborating.
Thanks to this technological infrastructure, the company optimized the user experience across its meeting spaces, simplifying team interactions and improving communication quality.
