Ricoh Latin America Presents a New Website Offering an Advanced and Interactive Digital Experience

Ricoh Latin America, as a digital services company and following its commitment to accelerate and help its customers in digital adoption, announces the launch of its new website design that is focused on satisfying the high standards of user experience required in today’s online ecosystem. This new digital presence is a genuine expression of the primary goal of the company — the consistent prioritization of customers, suppliers, partners, and collaborators.

One of the main objectives of this new project was to create a fluid and intuitive experience for the user. This meant developing an interface that is easy to understand with a visually appealing and modern design.

  • Continuous Updating of "Trending Topics:” Now it is possible to keep up with the trends in the technology sector, including the latest podcasts and thought leadership pieces. In addition, users can amplify these topics on social media quickly and easily.
  • Online Chat: There is easy access at the top right of the web page to access a live online chat for immediate interaction with users.
  • Sticky Button: The website includes a "buy online" button to accompany the user throughout the browsing experience.
  • New Forms: Fluid interaction and response time thanks to a new and modern format.
  • Shortcuts: The new website has easy-to-use shortcuts to enter digital services, products, and solutions within the customer portal.

The development of the new digital experience was carried out in conjunction with RebelMouse, a Ricoh technology partner and a company specialized in creating high-value websites. RebelMouse took Ricoh's user-centric approach to development, which meant conducting in-depth research to understand the needs and behaviors of the target audience and using that information to develop every process of the digital experience.
