Print up to 70 pages per minute (ppm) with crisp, clear 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution. Reduce reloads and delays with extra paper trays and expand paper capacity to 8,700 sheets. Scan duplex images at up to 240 images per minute (ipm) via the the Single Pass Document Feeder (SPDF), and share them instantly via many Scan-To options. Use paperless faxing to send important confidential or legal documents directly to a recipient's email securely.

Use RICOH Intelligent Support* to expedite maintenance tasks. With RemoteConnect Support, a Ricoh service expert controls your Smart Operation Panel to troubleshoot remotely. Automatic updates, alerts and notifications simplify tedious manual tasks. Access How-to-Videos, Web Help and User Guides to perform your own maintenance. You can also use the Service Request App to activate service tickets.

Access online content and store information in popular cloud services via the embedded web browser.

Download the RICOH Smart Device Connector app on your smartphone or tablet to print without software, utilities or drivers. Grab files from your device or cloud applications, then print and share them with others. Scan files to your device for later use. For safe and easy contactless printing via Mopria® or AirPrint® printing, simply place your Android device near the embedded NFC tag or scan the QR code with your iOS device.

Toner cartridges can be recycled through the Ricoh Cartridge Return Program.
