Weston, February 12, 2026 – Today, Ricoh LATAM, a leading provider of workplace technology services, announced the acquisition of ValueTech, a company with more than two decades of experience in digitalization and automation technologies for processes, workflows and document management; recognized for its consultative approach and advanced solutions for highly regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, financial services, pension funds and telecommunications.
Founded in 2001 by a team of civil engineers with extensive business experience, ValueTech has strategically expanded its traditional portfolio to include artificial intelligence technologies, forensic document auditing, data protection and predictive analytics. These capabilities help improve the efficiency and security of document- and information-intensive processes, reduce operational risks, ensure regulatory compliance and enhance end-to-end process traceability.
