Case Study: Group Eulen

Case Study: Grupo Eulen

History and Context

GROUP EULEN Peru, a subsidiary of the Spanish EULEN Group with over 60 years of global experience, began operations in the country in 2002 and has since established itself as one of the leading providers of general services and outsourcing. With over 7,500 employees nationwide, the company provides a comprehensive portfolio of services that includes general services, security, cleaning, maintenance, human resources, and more.

In the south of the country, EULEN has grown 74% in the last three years, excelling in industrial cleaning and security services. This performance reinforces its ability to adapt to each sector and consolidate its position as a strategic partner for major industries.

Business Challenge

In Peru, the company faced three major strategic challenges that impacted its daily operations. The first was related to document management, marked by a high volume of physical files awaiting digitization and archiving, which made it difficult to organize and access information in a timely manner. Likewise, its printing fleet showed limitations due to delays in service and supply of consumables by its previous supplier, which compromised operational continuity and generated overload in administrative areas.

At the same time, the IT support area was unable to meet the technical demands of users distributed across different locations, highlighting the need for a more comprehensive, efficient, and scalable model.

In addition, they sought to strengthen their sustainability strategy by incorporating practices that would contribute to reducing paper consumption and electronic recycling.

Ricoh Solution

Ricoh Peru designed a comprehensive solution aimed at strengthening the EULEN Group's technological infrastructure. Ricoh Smart Multifunction Devices and state-of-the-art scanners were implemented, along with process automation through Ricoh Smart Flow Professional (DocuWare), which made it possible to digitize document reception, validate their authenticity, organize them efficiently, provide real-time traceability, and store them in a secure digital archive.

In addition, a solution was incorporated that improves print management, allowing centralized administration of the equipment fleet, establishing usage policies, controlling print volumes, and ensuring more efficient resource consumption, optimizing operations, and reinforcing sustainability.

In response to IT infrastructure challenges, efficiency was increased with device management services using Ricoh Device as a Service (DaaS), which included specialized technical support, provision of computer equipment, and a single point of contact to meet the technology needs of the area in a scalable manner.

The initiative also included the Green Office program, with actions to recycle paper and electronic items.

Results (Benefits of the customer)

The implementation of Ricoh's solutions led to significant improvements in the EULEN Group's operations and working environment:

Optimization of document management: Digitization has eliminated the need for physical documents, reducing processing times and improving the traceability of information.

Increased productivity of employees, positively impacting the company's ROI.

Enhanced sustainability: Implementation of the Green Office program for recycling paper and electronics, aligning operations with CSR objectives.

The Eulen Group and Ricoh co-created a smart workspace that generates more efficient processes and positive experiences for employees, resulting in business growth and continuity.

Ricoh Latin America, and Group Eulen acted together in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for a better future:

Ricoh at a global level is a company committed to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) by solving social problems through business with the sole purpose of achieving economic growth, a better planet. and a better society.

Case Study: Grupo JOMI

Case Study: Grupo JOMI

Ricoh and Grupo JOMI co-created smart and efficient workspaces tailored to the needs of the Salvadoran company, offering computer management, process automation, and printing services. This collaboration has become an example of digital transformation in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods sector.

History and Context

GRUPO JOMI is a Salvadoran company with a regional presence that manufactures, distributes, and markets pharmaceutical and consumer products. Its history in the country began in 1986, with the vision of Don Oscar and Doña Mirian, who, with great sacrifice and hard work, acquired the Guadalupe pharmacy, which already represented Tetracycline 250 MK, a highly demanded and recognized medication in the country. Almost 40 years later, GRUPO JOMI has become a solid company with around 500 employees and a chain of more than 40 pharmacies (Farmacias La Vida). It is a source of pride for El Salvador.

Business Challenge

The renowned pharmaceutical company GRUPO JOMI had identified a critical challenge in its billing process. To ensure that its new ERP system would function optimally in its 36 pharmacies distributed throughout the country, it was essential to make a significant investment in modernizing the technological tools used at the points of sale.

Following an analysis by the Ricoh team, it was determined that the current computers at the cash registers did not meet the standards required to support the advanced functionalities of the new ERP. Therefore, it was of utmost importance to provide each of the pharmacies, as well as the central laboratory, with modern and efficient equipment. This includes computers, but in addition to this, the need for ticket printers that are not only fast but also offer quality and durability in the printing of each ticket was identified.

Ricoh Solution

Ricoh presented a comprehensive solution to the customer, wich includes Device Management as a Service (Ricoh DaaS) with 38 DELL computers (Ricoh LATAM partner, Titanium Partner). Complementing this, the ticket and label printing process for pharmacies was automated with thermal printers and smart multifunction devices from Ricoh for higher quality copies and prints and greater agility in document digitization in the workplace.

This technological upgrade guarantees the capacity and quality necessary for the optimal functioning of cash registers in all branches, speeding up the issuance of invoices at points of sale.

The office printing equipment is not only modern but also offers versatility and speed, enabling efficient document management from the cloud.

This investment not only optimizes processes but also raises the level of customer service, maintaining customer loyalty.

Results (Benefits of the customer)

JOMI, S.A. DE C.V. has experienced a significant transformation since implementing its new ERP system, supported by the installation of state-of-the-art equipment. With fast computers and warranty management and user support services, the company now processes transactions efficiently, improving the customer experience and maintaining business continuity.

Thanks to thermal printers, JOMI can issue tickets and purchase receipts quickly and reliably. Unlike other equipment, the ink in these printers is wear-resistant, ensuring the durability of the documents issued. The upgrade has reduced maintenance costs associated with the previous machinery, thereby increasing operational efficiency. The installed equipment has improved performance, allowing JOMI to serve its customers more quickly.

Without hesitation, RICOH and JOMI co-created smart and efficient workspaces tailored to the needs of the Salvadoran company in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods sector. In addition to improving workflows, this transformation is yet another example of how Ricoh's solutions and services contribute to and empower our customers to successfully achieve their corporate goals.

Case Study: BTG Pactual

Case Study: BTG Pactual

Case prepared by Lorena Palma, Ricoh Chile.

History and Context

BTG Pactual is Chile's largest investment bank and one of Latin America's leading asset management companies. With a strong presence in Latin American and global financial markets, the company has raised capital, conducted public offerings, and completed blocks of shares in recent years, accumulating billions of dollars in transactions.

Business Challenge

BTG Pactual had a document management process, with a provider that delivered the service, but with response times that did not meet consumer needs. As systems were modernized and new input flows appeared, the volume of documents grew exponentially, quickly exceeding the system's capacity.

There was a high degree of dependence on the provider, even for minor changes, a lack of technical support, and poor knowledge transfer to internal users.

One of the financial institution's employees tells us: “We received such a high volume of documentation online that the system couldn't cope, the plug-ins weren't well managed, there was no visibility of the new information, and it became difficult to manage the bank's valuable information.”

Critical phase: unnecessary costs and low efficiency

Before implementing a new solution, BTG Pactual began with a “first layer” of digitization using scanners leased from the previous company.

However, due to a lack of knowledge and guidance, the company ended up investing a lot of money in tools and processes that did not solve the underlying problems.

This stage, marked by poorly informed decisions, represented a high expense without sustainable benefits. The experience created an urgent need to switch to a more efficient and flexible solution.

Ricoh Solution

To meet BTG Pactual's needs, Ricoh implemented a comprehensive Document Management solution with Ricoh Smart Flow, along with ongoing support, migration services, and high-level after-sales service (Workplace Managed Services).

Results

With this Ricoh solution, BTG Pactual has achieved greater efficiencies in its processes, resources, and time, such as:

  • Implementation of a new document management system that is much more cost-effective.
  • Significant reduction in operating costs compared to the previous solution and a massive data migration.
  • The new system enabled greater traceability, error analysis, and operational autonomy.
  • Technical support hours were significantly reduced, and internal users achieved greater self-management, improving service quality.

BTG Pactual completely transformed its document management, moving from a limited, costly, and dependent environment to a modern, economical, and adaptive solution. With Ricoh's support, the company not only successfully migrated thousands of documents but also regained control of its information, optimized resources, and established a solid technological foundation for future digital challenges.

This is a clear example of how Ricoh LATAM accelerates digital adoption in the financial sector through process automation and document management to increase productivity and deliver better experiences through technology, co-creating smart and secure workspaces with companies such as BTG Pactual.

Ricoh Latin America, and BTG Pactual acted together in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for a better future:

Ricoh at a global level is a company committed to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) by solving social problems through business with the sole purpose of achieving economic growth, a better planet. and a better society.

Case Study: TOLEDANO/PRONACA

Case Study: TOLEDANO/PRONACA

Prepared by Adrian Aguilar, Ricoh Panama

TOLEDANO/PRONACA entrusted Ricoh with the design, supply and implementation of its 14 videoconferencing rooms and the open auditorium, which included cameras, ceiling speakers and digital signage equipment in Plaza del Este, in addition to the digital signage solution for internal corporate communications in 4 remote sites, which allowed a better user experience in the use of the audiovisual rooms, ease of communication with the corporate in the various subsidiaries.

This implementation was carried out through Managed Services for Audiovisual Solutions that included technical support and preventive and corrective maintenance for all their audiovisual rooms to avoid interruptions or mishaps during presentations, this allowed them to focus on their day to day entrusting Ricoh to support their audiovisual solutions.

History and Context

Toledano was founded in the 1950s by Don Isaac Toledano and established itself as one of the leading poultry companies in the country. Over time, it diversified its offer to other meats and sausages, investing in technology and quality standards. It later joined the Melo Group, strengthening its production and distribution capacity. Today it is a recognized brand throughout Panama, with national presence and commitment to sustainability and the community. In 2019 Pronaca (Ecuador) and Corporación Multi Inversiones (Guatemala) consolidated the La Estancia consortium, acquiring a relevant participation in Productos Toledano. Although the Toledano family maintains control and management, La Estancia assumes operational level with greater capital, experience and international best practices.

Business Challenge

Toledano, a brand with more than 70 years of history in Panama, was going through a new stage of growth. With the integration of subsidiaries, new product lines and an increasingly dynamic operation, the need to be aligned as a team became more urgent than ever.

Their conference rooms were the meeting point for important decisions, strategic plans and connections with different regions.

Technology did not keep up with the speed of their ideas. Meetings were interrupted by technical details. Presentations did not flow as they should. Internal and external communication did not reach everyone equally, especially in remote locations. And most critically, the teams' time and energy was going into solving problems, instead of focusing on what was really driving the business.

That's when Toledano understood that he needed more than beautiful spaces or modern screens. He needed a real transformation in how they connected, listened, and collaborated regardless of location.

RICOH Solution

It was at that inflection point that Toledano decided to take the plunge. And it did so by relying on a strategic partner that understood both its vision and its challenges: Ricoh.

Ricoh undertook the design, supply and implementation of its 14 conference rooms and open auditorium in Plaza del Este, Panama. It was a comprehensive solution that included smart cameras, ceiling speakers, and digital signage systems, designed to provide a seamless, uninterrupted experience.

But the transformation was not limited to a single venue. Toledano also integrated the digital signage solution at 4 remote sites, allowing internal communication to reach all staff clearly and consistently, no matter where they were.

All of this was backed up by Ricoh AV Managed Services: technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance ensuring that each room is always ready to go. No hiccups. No distractions. With total confidence.

Results

Thanks to this solution, Toledano achieved:

  • A much smoother experience for its users during meetings and presentations.
  • Better connection and coordination with corporate and its different subsidiaries.
  • More effective internal communications at all points of operation.
  • A team focused 100% on their business, knowing that Ricoh took care of the rest.

Today, Toledano not only has better spaces. It has a strengthened collaborative culture, aligned with its growth rate and prepared for what is to come. More efficient meetings without technical interruptions, better internal communication, even in remote locations, increased team productivity by focusing on the essentials, reduced response times to incidents, resource optimization by outsourcing audiovisual management, better experience for users and visitors.

"Thanks to the implemented solution, now our meetings, whether face-to-face or remote, take place with professional quality audio and video. The technical problems that previously affected our communication have been resolved, allowing us to focus on business without interruptions. We thank Ricoh for making this improvement possible." - Cesar De Leon, Investment and Efficiency Project Manager.

Ricoh named in the 2026 Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations by Corporate Knights

TOKYO, January 21, 2026 — Ricoh announced today that it has once again been named one of the 2026 Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations — marking the 14th time the company has received this recognition.

In the 2026 Global 100 assessment, Ricoh achieved the following rankings:

  • 19th among 1,043 companies in the Information Technology Sector
  • 3rd within the Computers and peripherals manufacturing Peer Group

www.ricoh-americalatina.com

The Global 100 is an annual ranking published by Corporate Knights Inc., a leading sustainable-economy media and research organization. Based on publicly disclosed data from 8,231 companies with annual revenues of more than US$1 billion, the ranking evaluates companies using three equally weighted performance indicators — sustainable revenue, sustainable investment and sustainable revenue growth — with additional adjustments for penalties and executive compensation linked to sustainability performance. Results are announced during the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland.

Mikako Suzuki, Corporate Officer in charge of ESG and Risk Management at Ricoh Company, Ltd., said, “The Ricoh Group is advancing its sustainability initiatives by aligning ESG with business growth. We are honored to be recognized once again as a Global 100 company. This recognition reflects high evaluations of our continued efforts to expand sales of sustainable products and services, as well as investments in sustainability, including upgrades to energy-efficient facilities. Looking ahead, we will continue to work with our stakeholders to accelerate efforts toward realizing a sustainable society through business activities.”

Ricoh’s approach to sustainability is to pursue a sustainable society through a Three Ps Balance — Prosperity (economic), People (society) and Planet (environment). To realize this vision, Ricoh has identified seven material issues in two focus areas — “Resolving social issues through business” and “Robust management infrastructure” — and has set 16 ESG targets linked to these issues. In 2020, Ricoh positioned ESG initiatives as future financial targets — one of the dual companywide management targets along with regular financial goals. Since then, ESG indicators have been incorporated into Ricoh’s executive compensation.

Ricoh named to CDP’s double A List for the third consecutive year

TOKYO, January 09, 2026 – Ricoh today announced that its global leadership in corporate transparency and performance on climate change and water security disclosure have been recognized by CDP, a global environmental non-profit organization, securing a place on its 2025 A list. This marks Ricoh's sixth consecutive year on CDP’s climate change A list and its third consecutive year on the water security A list.

www.ricoh-americalatina.com

In the area of climate change, to realize a zero-carbon society, Ricoh aims to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from its own operations by 63% (Scope 1, 2) and to achieve a 40% reduction in GHG emissions in the supply chain, covering procurement, transportation and product use (Scope 3), by 2030 compared with 2015 levels. These targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) as 1.5°C-aligned. In addition to its internal efforts, Ricoh conducts supplier briefing sessions and encourages key suppliers to set medium- to long-term GHG reduction targets. The company has also set a goal of sourcing 100% renewable electricity for its operations by 2040 and is actively introducing renewable energy sources with high additionality.

In the 2025 assessment, CDP highlighted Ricoh’s improved disclosure of Scope 3 emissions and its proactive engagement in public policy, demonstrating transparency and social leadership across the value chain.

In the area of water security, Ricoh promotes the effective use of water resources to realize a circular economy. Under its water stewardship policy, the company sets targets to reduce total water withdrawals year on year and is working across its global operations to reduce water consumption.

In the 2025 assessment, CDP cited Ricoh’s disclosure of water-related risks and opportunities and its efforts to ensure the sustainable management of water resources.

Choosing the right technology: Laser or Inkjet Printing?

Choosing the right technology: Laser or Inkjet Printing?

Printing isn't just about putting ink on paper; it's about moving information between digital and physical formats so work can flow smoothly. Modern workplaces need efficient document management, and businesses need print technology to enable this for their users. This technology should boost productivity, support sustainability goals, and support overall IT strategy.

Laser vs Inkjet: The print technology choice

Laser printing has long been the gold standard for business environments, but as technologies evolve and advance, it's worth reviewing whether this still holds true.

Research in our recent white paper reveals that laser technology maintains a distinct advantage over inkjet technology when implemented as part of a well-structured data-flow strategy.

In this article, we'll break down why laser printing remains the right choice for modern enterprises, focusing on:

  1. Productivity and speed
  2. Print quality and durability
  3. Cost efficiency and sustainability

And we’ll also take a look at how to securely integrate your print solution into your organisation to protect your data, whatever print technology you choose.

Let's explore how choosing the right print technology can help your business work smarter.

Productivity and Speed: Office printing efficiency

Fast-flowing information is essential for businesses. Every delay in accessing, printing, or sharing documents can disrupt workflows and reduce efficiency. Print delays can lead to missed deadlines, frustrated employees, and slower decision-making, impacting overall business performance.

DataMaster's independent testing confirms that laser printers outperform inkjets in real-world business applications in high-demand office environments. While inkjet printers struggle with speed consistency and require time for ink to dry before handling, laser printers deliver rapid, high-volume performance without compromising quality. This makes Laser the preferred choice for industries where efficiency is critical, such as finance, healthcare, and legal sectors.

Additionally, laser printers handle complex documents more quickly, so high-resolution images, detailed reports, and double-sided prints are produced without slowdowns.

Key Points for Print Productivity:

  • Faster Output: Laser printers maintain their rated speed across different document types. Inkjets slow down for complex prints, sometimes taking up to 141% longer to complete a job than laser printers, according to DataMaster Labs.
  • Instant-Dry Prints: Unlike inkjet prints that require drying time, laser prints are ready to use immediately, reducing workflow bottlenecks and increasing efficiency.
  • High-Volume Performance: Businesses handling large print jobs benefit from laser printers' ability to process multiple print jobs without performance drops.
  • Better Document Handling: Laser printers efficiently manage high-resolution and double-sided documents without delays or smudging, ensuring high productivity.

A seamless, efficient print workflow is essential for businesses transitioning to hybrid work models. Employees must print quickly from multiple locations without disruption, making Laser the preferred choice for enterprise-grade printing.

Print Quality and Durability: The Business Impact

Your printed materials represent your business. Consistency in print quality is essential, from contracts and proposals to marketing collateral. A poor-quality print can impact client perceptions and internal communications, so choosing a printing solution that guarantees clarity and reliability is crucial.

In our recent whitepaper, independent testing shows that laser printers deliver consistent, professional-quality output that ensures every document reflects your business's high standards. Unlike inkjet prints, which can be susceptible to smudging and uneven colour distribution, laser prints maintain precision and uniformity across all materials.

Additionally, laser printing ensures better longevity for essential business documents. Since toner is fused onto the page rather than absorbed like ink, prints remain sharp and resistant to environmental factors such as humidity or fading over time. Laser printers are ideal for long-term document storage, compliance records, and professional-quality materials.

Key Points for Print Quality:

  • Sharper Text & Graphics – Laser technology ensures precise toner placement, delivering 91/100 print quality ratings compared to 76/100 for inkjet.
  • Smudge & Water Resistance – Laser prints are moisture-resistant, making them ideal for long-term documents and professional materials.
  • Better Media Handling – Whether you're printing on standard office paper or heavier cardstock, laser prints retain quality across all formats.
  • Long-Term Document Integrity – Toner prints remain clear and legible over time, making them ideal for compliance, records, and archival use.

Laser printing provides unparalleled reliability for industries such as finance, healthcare, and legal services, where accuracy and print longevity are critical.

Cost Efficiency and Sustainability: Smart Printing for the Future

While inkjet printers often come with lower upfront costs, they can lead to higher long-term expenses from frequent cartridge replacements, higher ink consumption, and increased maintenance.

Our Business Guide to Print Technologies White paper highlights that inkjet printers require more servicing over their lifespan, which adds to operational costs. Additionally, businesses printing high volumes may experience inkjet performance degradation over time, leading to inefficiencies and delays.

Laser printing offers significant cost benefits, especially when optimised for sustainability. Laser printers use high-yield toner cartridges, which last significantly longer than ink cartridges and contribute to reduced waste.

Testing by DataMaster Labs says laser printers maintain consistent print quality across a higher page yield, ensuring businesses get the most out of every toner refill. Moreover, innovations like Ricoh's induction fuser technology further improve energy efficiency, lowering long-term operational expenses while supporting sustainability goals.

Key Benefits for Print Cost Reduction

  • Lower Cost Per Page – Laser printers use high-yield toner cartridges that last significantly longer than ink cartridges, reducing replacement frequency and costs.
  • Energy Efficiency – Ricoh's induction fuser technology reduces power consumption, lowers operational expenses, and supports sustainability initiatives.
  • Better Paper Efficiency – Laser printers make high-speed duplex printing (double-sided printing) faster and more efficient, reducing paper waste and minimising environmental impact.

Additionally, laser prints are more recyclable, as toner sits on the paper's surface rather than soaking into the fibres, making recycling more efficient than inkjet prints.

Beyond the Printer: Ensuring Security and Integration in Your Print Strategy

Whatever technology you choose, protecting business information is more critical than ever. With rising cybersecurity threats and stricter data regulations, companies must take a holistic approach to print security that goes beyond device selection. Security concerns don't stop at the printer—businesses must consider user access, document handling, and network vulnerabilities.

Implementing secure print release solutions, which require users to authenticate at the device before printing, helps prevent sensitive documents from being left unattended.

Additionally, advanced encryption and data protection measures ensure that information remains secure during transmission and storage. These security measures can help ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA, which require strict controls over document access and storage.

Companies should also consider cloud print management, allowing IT teams to monitor and control printing activity remotely, reducing risks associated with unmanaged print environments.

By integrating print security with broader enterprise security policies, businesses can ensure that printing remains a controlled and secure aspect of their workflow.

Key Points for Print Security and Strategy:

  • Secure Print Release – Ensure documents are only printed when authorised users are present, reducing data exposure.
  • End-to-End Encryption – Protects sensitive information during transmission and storage, minimising cybersecurity risks.
  • Cloud-Based Print Management – Provides IT teams greater visibility and control over print activity, reducing vulnerabilities.
  • Compliance & Risk Management – Helps businesses adhere to data protection regulations by ensuring secure document handling. ·
  • Managed Print Services Managed Print Services use the expertise of the print provider to provide the ongoing management, maintenance, and optimisation of an organisation’s print infrastructure.

Conclusion: Choosing the Right Print Solution for Your Business

The role of print in the workplace is changing, but its value remains in the execution, not just the device itself. Laser printers are more efficient, cost-effective, and secure and are key enablers in the movement of information.

But print technology alone isn't enough. A successful print strategy must align with broader hybrid work models, automation initiatives, and security frameworks.

Ricoh LATAM Opens New Offices and Innovation Lounge in Santo Domingo

Santo Domingo, December 2, 2025 – Ricoh LATAM, a leading provider of technological services for workplaces with more than 89 years of global innovation, marks a new milestone in the Dominican Republic with the opening of its new offices in the capital. This nearly 1,000-square-meter, not only redefines the concept of the office, but also offers an immersive experience that anticipates what the work environments of the future will look like, a vision that is already a reality in Latin America and on which Ricoh’s portfolio is framed.

An ecosystem that transforms businesses

Since its beginnings, Ricoh LATAM has been clear that technology only makes sense when it empowers people. That is why its new offices—part of a network of more than seven renovated spaces in different countries across the region—are much more than workplaces: they are environments where productivity, connectivity, and intelligence converge. Ricoh Dominicana’s new offices open their doors with the intention that both its 80 employees and its customers can experience Ricoh’s value-proposal ecosystem.

The space is designed to address challenges such as flexibility, agility, and mobility, without compromising business continuity. The offices integrate intelligent solutions for printing, electronic security, graphic communications, automation tools, digitization, and document management that optimize processes in any industry.

“We want every person to feel empowered to transform the way they work through technology, and for that, they must be in spaces that facilitate learning, adoption, and implementation of technology. These offices are the materialization of that: an intelligent space where people feel comfortable being enablers of transformation”, says Ismael Castillo, Country Manager of Ricoh Dominicana.

Innovation and co-creation: the engine of transformation

The new Ricoh Innovation Lounge (RIL), located within the office, is the epicenter of co-creation. It is a space where customers not only get to know the technology, but also design ecosystems of technology services adapted to their needs, accelerating their digital adoption and strengthening their competitiveness.

“Our goal is to positively transform companies in Latin America through technology services, and we ourselves must be an example of that transformation. That is what we have been doing throughout the region, not only with our offices, but also with our Ricoh Innovation Lounges. The workplaces of the future are already here, and they are connected, efficient, scalable spaces with access to real-time data—intelligent technological ecosystems that put people at the center”, comments Diego Imperio, President and CEO, Ricoh LATAM.

Ricoh LATAM’s presence and commitment to Latin America

With this opening, Ricoh LATAM not only reinforces its presence in the Dominican Republic, where it has supported business evolution for more than three decades, but also consolidates its leadership in Latin America as a catalyst for transformation. The commitment is clear: to drive productivity and competitiveness for companies in all sectors through technological services that optimize processes, automate operations, and elevate the experience in the workplaces of today and the future.
